Out of state students are considered those who reside outside of the Maryland, Washington, D.C., and local Virginia areas.

We offer education to students from all areas of the US and world.
 
Please understand that just because you do not live in the DC, VA, and MD areas this does not mean that you can not take our classes. We welcome those from out of state as we welcome those who are locally based. Our distance education is one of the best in the Untied States and we continually strive to provide the best education possible for all students regardless of where they live.
 
Classes for out of state students are all available via CD-Rom and Internet (Email) methods.
 
Tuition is the same for in state as it is for out of state students.
 
All the rights afforded students are the same regardless of where you live...
 
We have just implemented an online Goodle discussion group that will allow students to post questions, events, and interact with those in varied locations.
